The Warm Homes Plan Standard establishes a clear and consistent framework for the planning, delivery, and assurance of domestic retrofit projects funded through government schemes.

It sets out defined requirements for the collection, management, and use of project data and evidence across assessment, installation, and compliance stages, supporting alignment with PAS 2035 and TrustMark oversight.

By promoting structured, auditable information capture and reducing reliance on retrospective validation, the standard is intended to minimise re-work, strengthen quality assurance, and ensure that evidence remains compliant and reusable throughout the project lifecycle.
