We are seeking a highly ambitious, hands-on Retrofit Project Coordinator who can support the Retrofit team to deliver the best-in-class, end-to-end, Retrofit service for our clients, ensuring that there is 100% compliance to PAS standards.

How we see the role

Key tasks include:

  • Coordinate and lead weekly project meetings with clients to discuss progress, address issues, and resolve any potential concerns.
  • Coordinate and manage retrofit assessments, including liaising with external partners as required.
  • Liaise with clients to seek approval on tasks such as IOE (Installation of Energy Efficiency) generation and IOE package selection.
  • Manage project-related queries from clients and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Oversee audits and manage pre and post-lodgement amendments in line with project requirements.
  • Take ownership of the operational aspects of the project, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and meets clients’ expectations.
  • Work closely with the retrofit coordinator team, ensuring successful delivery of projects

Do you have…

  • Experience within the retrofit, energy or construction industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong IT skills using software or project management systems
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to confidently liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
