How we see the role:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Attend client meetings, take and distribute minutes and follow up actions points with relevant team members
  • Organising projects in terms of key priorities
  • Helping progress projects through using the ECO Surv software
  • Keeping the social housing and business development teams up to date with developments throughout project delivery journey
  • Managing incoming requests via email/Zendesk/telephone
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements and set expectations
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Efficient and accurate data entry
  • Monitoring and maintaining KPIs
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders effectively and concisely
  • Building relationships internally and externally
  • Maintaining project documentation
  • Collation of agenda / timings for meetings
  • Keep up to date with latest technologies to drive continuous improvements where possible
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
  • Work with the team to eliminate blockers
  • Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
  • Analyse risks and opportunities
  • Continuously strive to improve workflow management and processes

 

Do you have…

  • A good understanding of software and technology
  • Minimum two years of experience at helping run/coordinate or manage projects
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in either the construction of retrofit industry
  • Experience at using Project Management software
  • You must be exceptionally organised and thrive on process and order
